Nick is a landscape painter in oils and watercolour. Originally from Toronto, he found great inspiration in the local scenic views. He works ‘en plein air’ like his heroes, Monet and Thomson, and has been seen along many dusty roadsides and shady creeks soaking up the light and atmosphere of the neighbourhood, or under his Honda’s hatchback in the rain, slapping blackflies on his head with a loaded paintbrush. Nick paints in oil, on-the-spot! |
