    "From his first lesson in pottery at the Ontario College of Art, Vince fell in love.  This love of clay led to a diploma in ceramics from Sheridan College in 1974 and over twenty-five years with Rockrose Pottery.  As in all arts and crafts, it has been struggle financially over the years, so Vince has taken up horticulture and landscaping to support his clay addiction, and his passion for porcelain in particular.  His newest work involves carving in porcelain, using insect, plant and animal themes.  He also produces beautiful functional porcelain pots and platters,  as well as his ever-popular sleeping garden rocks. "
